It offers a wide range of services, such as tape and reel, trim and form, bake and dry pack, physical dimension verification, and lead scan and conditioning. The company also offers a variety of analytical services that include metallographic cross sectioning, optical microscopy, particle impact noise detection testing and sputtering system. In addition, the company offers various testing services, including ball shear, column pull, and lead fatigue testing, mark permanency, temperature cycling, and temperature and humidity. Six Sigma, established in 1986, is located in Milpitas, Calif.
