My mission is to provide the highest quality, patient-centered healthcare that is based on my personal relationship with each patient. I believe that health care is a team effort. I encourage patients to assume an active role in their achievement of optimal health and I believe that the best medicine is a healthy lifestyle. My wife and I love to ski, golf and play tennis and are proud grandparents. We want to stay active and healthy so we can ski with our grandkids and enjoy all the wonderful activities that Colorado and the world has to offer. My practice focuses on prevention and early detection and will provide you with educational tools and resources to enable you to make lifestyle choices that will facilitate your highest level of wellness. I will work with you to minimize your risk of developing disease and utilize cutting edge technology to detect disease at it earliest stages. I will also help you to increase your knowledge of nutrition and exercise as well as how to incorporate these positive changes in your life. My goal is to do whatever will facilitate improved health for each of my patients. I strive to accomplish this in the most caring way possible. The gift of one on one time with my patients helps me to achieve these goals and will have a profound impact on your wellness.
