Best Service and highly recommended

I have used Pickerings many times since moving here 3 yrs ago. They are all very friendly and professional. Even though they will give you a ride home and then pick you up or have to keep your car overnite they do supply a rental for 15.00 a day. Some of the repair costs were higher than most shops in the area and the wait.

My favorite for more than 10 years. They keep me informed, don't over promise and do what they say. Yes they have made mistakes but they always make them right without charge. I trust their word because I know it is good!

I have been a customer of Pickering's for more than 10 years and have always found satisfaction and honest treatment. During one service visit expensive parts were found to be near failure. The replacement parts did not work as expected but Pickering's replaced the parts at no further expense.I believe Pickering's is honest and fair. Check them out with BBB, AAA and Tom Martino before you belleve the ridiculous trash reviews!

Randy and the crew at Pickerings not only treat me with the great respect, but work with me to make their services affordable.For example, I desperately needed a new timing belt. After trying to save money for several months to afford the repair, I just couldn't pull together the entire amount. Justin, their manager, was so kind when I explained my financial struggle and he knocked $200 dollars off.They are the first auto center who I ENJOY working with. Check them out.

My College-aged son has a Jeep that just stopped and would not start. Randy did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issue which was an ignition module. Furthermore, he was great with my son in being flexible with regards to my son's ability to pay for the repair and eventually pick up the vehilce. I have used Randy for several auto repairs over the years and have always found him and his staff to be super positive and have wonderful attitudes. My vehicles have been repaired correctly, consistently. I am happy to recommend Randy to anyone!

Took our car in and they told us that it needed repairs of $1000.00 we decided that was too much to put into the car. Found the part they said was the problem for $90.00 and installed it - same problem. Found the actual problem, a $20.00 part that had nothing to do with what they said - problem solved. I figure they should be able to find the problem better than I since I'm not a "mechanic".######If the problem isn't obvious, they really don't want to help, and I don't think there "mechanics" really know what they are doing. All they care about is collecting money...######I would really advise finding another shop - Pickerings certianly doesn't care about the customer...

Great clean customer service area. The people are very communicative and friendly. They handled my calls with complete courtesy and were totally service oriented. They also did great work on my car, fixing a problem that another shop missed and did not get fixed. The price is reasonable and they were up front with me about whether it was really worth it to fix my car or not. I highly recommend them.

Gary and Jason are the nicest gentlemen to work with on car repair. Always helpful, courteous and genuine. They really want your car to be fixed right! We have used Pickering's for 10 years now and will never go anywhere else.
