This team is so professional and thorough. It was my first exam in 20 years. I needed additional exams due to some concerns and they made me feel so comfortable through the additional testing. I also took advantage of their dry eye solutions and I no longer have endless tears. I recommend them 100% to family and friends.

My experience was the worst I've ever had with a business EVER! I went to get my eyes checked because I had lost my glasses while on vacation. I had an old pair that I was using. They were extremely scratched and hard to see out of. The doctor was very friendly, however, the staff was very dismissive and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked anything. It was very important that I get my prescription filled as soon as possible. A MONTH later I got my glasses after hearing excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long. . I was out of town when this was taking place, so I asked the manager since it was taking so long if they could overnight it to me and give me a discount for taking so long. She refused and I had to pay for the shipping. I was in tears and very frustrated by the whole process. I will never go back to this business, and I highly recommend that anybody reading this does the same.
