I would like to start by thanking the girls in your office who communicate for your organization. They were so pleasant and polite with every call and question that I needed answered. If they did not know the answer to my question they asked someone in the shop who did. Also to the associates that expedited our service call, so that we were able to have our AC up and running as soon as the parts arrived to your shop. Finally the two knowledgeable techs that arrived to our residents promptly the morning of 7/15/14. They acted in a professional and skilled manner well above mine and my wifes expectations. I have been in the service industry, as acting owner and management for a large part of my adult life and it is these associates that I commend today that are the driving force behind a company that thrives and will continue to thrive for many years to come. I could only hope that their hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed. Again my deepest thanks for a job well done

I have had them for 7 years and the company is great family owned and opperated couldnt find a better ac company the other 2 people that made a comment are idiots because 5 years ago you couldnt get a builder grade piece of equitment for 3000.00 dummy. Highlly recommend this company

I would not write this here since I had them over 3 years ago, but they keep calling my home and cell phone for more business. I had them 3 years ago come in to check the ac system in a forclosed house I just bought. The tech checked the whole system in the attic,etc. He said the system needed a lot of work. He said that to get it back up to tip top shape it would be $4,000. I thought this to be high since a whole new system back then was only $3,000. I told him that I wasn't prepared to spend that right now. He said that at the very least to even get it running it would be $1,000. right then. I was about to approve it when my brother in law suggested I try his company. I called the other company and their tech came out, spent an hour and a half in the attic tearing apart the a/c, taking electric readings on the system, etc. He said it was in good shape and he tuned it up for $75.00. It has worked great since. BE VERY WARY AND GET ANOTHER ESTIMAGE IF YOU THINK OF USING THEM

This company has the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. They do not arrive at the time that they schedule service, and often not even on the same day they are scheduled to come. They do not communicate, do not work to resolve problems and perform sub-standard installations and repairs. I highly recommend choosing any other business for your air conditioning needs.
