Recently went to the Salon for a walk in which is always nerve racking getting a new stylist! I had Caleb who was beyond amazing. I rarely get haircuts and am usually lectured by stylists, but he instead spent the extra time to give me a deep condition and an amazing haircut! I am very picky and just wanted a simple trim but was afraid of someone butchering my hair! He gave me exactly what I asked and I still can't believe how wonderful and healthy it looks! First time in a very long time I didn't have to put my hair up after a haircut because of how I hate the styling! Will absolutely be going back with him!! He was so attentive and polite the entire time. Recommend him :)

Beware Horrible treatment of customers ! I was falsely accused of stealing after making a purchase at this store. I was stopped by 4 police officers we went back in the store the MANGER LIED and said she seen me stealing on camera. THE OFFICERS SEARCHED MY PURSE AND BAGS AND FOUND NOTHING STOLEN ! THEY LET ME GO. The manager offered no apology to me..but apologized to the police officers. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this Ulta store over the years and They treated me horribly.

I have had nothing but great experiences in the store and salon, with my stylist Claire. The salon staff is polite, friendly, and professional. I always leave looking and feeling great.

I paid $30 for my daughter to learn how to apply makeup for modeling. When she came home, I was mortified. Her makeup looked like crap. She did her makeup better than the professional! And models have to wear different makeup, more makeup and lighting sensitive. When she went to pay, she was asked to leave a tip, and the norm was 20%, which was $6. I'm all for tipping, but basically telling someone they need to leave a 20% tip? Rude! I called and voiced my displeasure and the district manager called and offered a free session with another tech. So I call today and even the store manager has no clue why I'm calling, or so she says. Oddly enough, it just happens the Saturdays that we can go, the tech we were told to go to wasn't working. Never again!!! I'll move my business a jump down the way in the mall and go to another makeup store! BEWARE!!!

I had the worst hair cut for the most $ of my life here. The manager cut my hair and would not give me the special deal. Then I just thought she was beginning to cut and snip, snip, she was done. I asked for an angle cut in which each layer is cut at an angle and blended. She cut only the very top of my hair and it was very short and straight across--didn't do anything to the rest of my hair and I have to wait 8 wks now for anyone to fix it because if I get it angle cut in the rest of the layers it will look stupid. She kept insisting I wanted an 80's cut and she gave me one although I have had my hair cut like this in the past, just can't find anyone to do it in town and 3 of my best friends have their hair cut like this so it seems to be the trend. Two of them get compliments everywhere they go. I have gone to several consulations wihin a couple days of "the bad hair cut which was hardly cut" and every salon said I should get my $ back but I guess I will just not ever return there. I want to warn people that just because they charge a lot doesn't mean you get your money's worth.
