Horrible Customer Service

I have to say that the 2 Barbers that cut my hair were excellent Barbers. Truly outstanding in their craft. Both of their names were Brandon, coincidentally. The 1st Brandon left months ago and actually referred me to the 2nd Brandon.
However, the owner, whose name I do not know or has never known and who has never cut my hair, had an issue with me specifically not telling him hello personally whenever I came to get my haircut by both Brandons. on two different occasions spanning months apart. On 07/09/2019 , he started an argument in front of other customers with me regarding me coming into his shop and not personally speaking to him as, in his words, he is the Owner and can kick anyone out at any time. I had an appointment set up with my Barber Brandon and was in the process of texting him to let him know I was ready for him although I was a few minutes early. When asked if he wanted me to leave after stating to him that I bow down to no Man and will not be intimidated to tell him hello as we have no business with each other, he accused me of having an attitude by not saying hello to him and other strangers I don't know in a business opened to the public. I have been getting my haircut here for approximately 6 months and had never spoken to him or realized nor cared that he is the "Owner".
This "Owner" has a severe issue with his pride. He seems to assert by his words and actions that simply because he owns a Barber Shop and has the authority to accept and decline business that he can talk to another Grown Man as if he is an child.
In business, if someone is spending money at your company, the money they are spending is saying "Hello" even if the customer/client never utters a word. That customer is supporting a business financially so for an "Owner" to get caught up in his feelings this way attests to the immaturity of this character.
I've seen signs in several businesses that stated: "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service". I've yet to see a business post a sign that says: Say Hello to Owner or Leave!!!". Actually, an Owner should initiate the greeting by thanking a customer for supporting his business. No, this character seems to think people who come into his business must kiss his ring, so to speak.
Absolutely disgusting!!!!
This was never about me. It's truly about an insecure business owner who truly has no clue what business is about.
