        Seem to be excuse makers when it comes to items they don't want to lift even when delivery vehicle can park right next to door. They claim inclement weather when the streets are clear and the sun is out. Spoke to FedEx driver whom said they just don't want to lift it. Will request FedEx for now on.

        the service with ups is terrible. As I tried to give the zero star I find you cannot do that so I am forced to give them 1 star when they do not deserve any.
