horrible service...odviously the owner or workers are writing the reviews. They tried to cheat me by telling me my gold was 10k when it was 14k and it also had a stamp on the back of it too. GO SOME WHERE ELSE

I was shopping around to sell some gold. Royal gave me the most for what I had: 18K necklace and two 14K rings. The free parking was also good since this store is in the Loop. The service was fine. They seemed to know a lot about gold and stones. They told me that one of the stones in one of my rings wasn't worth anything. Instead of taking the stone with the gold, they popped the stone out and gave it back to me. I felt that showed their honesty. I will go back the next time I want to sell any gold.
