Competitively priced - Comparing a few different appliance repair teams in my local NYC neighborhood, I came across these guys. I phoned them for a quote on a service call on my boiler and was impressed with the estimate. I arranged for the work to be done as soon as possible and expected to be put on some kind of waiting list. I was very surprised when I received a call the next day with a time slot for just two days away. The work done was completed to the highest standards and the price was really affordable too.

Provided by SuperpagesGreat value for money - I used these guys for the first time this week when my food warmer in my caf suddenly stopped working. From first contact to the job being done was just over 12 hours! And the price was really affordable too.
Great service! - This is the first time I have used Maximum Appliance Repair, but I can say I was really impressed. I called them out to look at my air conditioning and was really impressed with the speed they got to the root of the problem. A great service at a price that was affordable, and most importantly my A/C is now working again.

Provided by Superpages"Best for price, best for customer service" - I called this company to come out to see me at a weekend when my washing machine flooded my kitchen. I was expecting a hefty call out charge, but was pleasantly surprised. Tom arrived and fixed my washer on the spot; perfect customer service too!
These guys restored my faith in repairmen - With small businesses being taken over by unfriendly and large companies that ignore customer service, it was a breath of fresh air when I found these guys. A friendly service, some one always answers the phone first time, and a job well done!

Provided by SuperpagesCompetitive Appliance Repairs in NYC - New to the city, I needed someone who could take a look at my appliances in the restaurant I had just bought. I needed to know they were all in great working order, so I booked a slot with Maximum Appliance Repair. Tom was very thorough with the work he carried out and his prices were very reasonable too. And the best news of all was that with just a few small repairs I was ready to open my new business!
These guys do a great job! - I am not a fan of repairmen, mostly because they always tend to be rude and bad with timekeeping. It was such a relief when Tom turned up on time and fixed my fridge on the spot!

Provided by Superpages"Only charge you for work that is really necessary" - The trouble with many repair companies is that they will charge you to fix problems that really do not exist. I had received three quotes in all for my air conditioning unit and was not satisfied that any one of them was actually correct. I called Tom from Maximum Appliance Repair when a neighbor recommended him to me, and he came the next day to look at my system. He is the only guy that actually took me through what he was looking for and how his diagnostic test worked. I was happy with the explanations he gave and more so when his final price beat all of the competitors hands down!
Extremely competitively priced -
When it comes to appliance repair companies I was always used to paying what seemed like a lot for a simple call out or service repair. That was before I came across Maximum Appliance Repair. Their prices are extremely competitive and their service is reliable and good quality too.

Provided by Superpages"Excellent customer care" - What I really like about Maximum Appliance Repair apart from the standard of the work done is the customer care. Customer service goes a long way with me, and for this reason I will never use anyone else.
"Perfect!" - This company are just perfect! I usually loathe repairmen, or that was before I met Tom. He is so friendly and talked me through what was wrong with my boiler and the steps he would have to take to fix it. I felt I could really trust his judgement and was sure he charged me a fair price. Perfect!

Provided by Superpages"Tom saved the day" - When the ice machine in my caf broke in summer, I really saw disaster and a whole bunch of unhappy customers. Thankfully Tom came to my rescue and had my machine up and running again in just an hour. Perfect!
"Tom, I love you!" - If you did not come and fix that washing machine then I would have had to buy a new one, something which I could ill afford!

Provided by Superpages"Top quality service from a top quality company" - Having dealt with appliance repair companies in the past (I work for a property management company) I was not expecting a lot when I got in touch with Tom. I figured he would not turn up at the time that he said he would and that he would completely overcharge for his service. Oh boy I was wrong. He turned up dead on the minute that he said he would and the price for repairing my freezer was cheap. I dont think I could be happier. He is certainly the one that I am going to be recommending to my boss!
"Best repair team in NYC" - I called out this company to come and look at my commercial dishwasher in my restaurant. To my delight someone came the very same day. With no fuss and barely any mess he fixed the problem straight away. Now that’s what I call service

Provided by Superpages"Best value repair service in NYC" - As I run a grocery store, I have plenty of fridges and freezers that can go wrong. I have used a handful of companies in the past, but not one that matched up to Tom Appliance Repair both for value as well as service. Excellent!
"An Appliance Repair Company that actually cares…" - I have worked with A LOT of appliance repair companies in the past. I am part of a property management company that has hundreds of apartments around New York. Not many of them seemed to be that good. They made wild promises and never kept to them. Tom is different though. He turns up when he says he is going to, and he charges an affordable price as well. I don’t think we will be dealing with anybody else from now on!
