        The San Diego location didn't watch my dog carefully enough and she ended up getting injured climbing out of the fenced area. We came home to our dog in stitches and a cone on her head. She never had climbing or jumping issues before. When I asked about their timeline for how long they left her out, they had inconsistent stories and blamed me! We have never had a problem before or since with our dog climbing. I would look around far and wide before going to this place. Zero stars.

        Very humane. Pets have "runs" and you can have them play with your dog, if you want, while you're gone.
