I spoke with Jim of DJ & J Appliance Repair Inc., Don't even bother wasting your time. Caviler and rude. Just because I don't have a male parts does not mean you can talk to me like I don't have a brain. Second when you tell some one you are going to be at their house to fix something you make sure you are going to be there and if you cannot be there you call and say so. If the people are nice enough to give you a second chance and you tell them you will be there the next day before noon you make damn sure you are there. I am so disgusted.
