        Opened in 1948, Natha Howell Elementary School was formerly known as Oak Knoll Elementary School. It recognized by the Texas Education Agency and serves more than 400 students.         Good luck if your child doesn't know spanish. Unprofessional behavior by teachers and administration. Administration has no clue how to run a school and lets all kids of inappropriate behavior happen. I would rather drive 30 min extra to have peace of mind that my child is getting the best teaching possible then deal with the bullying, lying, talking down to by many teachers.
