Pet and Prim

The rating of this place would be a NEGATIVE number!!! They have the worst costumer service in the business. I have never dealt with a business that held the position I owed them something other than payment for boarding my dog. They told my wife they were open for business Dec 1st at 7:30am. When I showed up to pick my dog up he wasn't ready. They young man that was there was the very person that spoke with my wife. He explained to me that he told her that the dog wouldn't be ready until mid morning. That is a lie! He then said he called my wife early morning to remind her, she didn't have a missed call nor did he leave a message. When I asked why not he said he never does (bullcrap). Since they had issues with my wife they said I had to pay in cash only. I didn't have cash but I did have my credit or debit card. They wouldn't except either so I was forced to call the police to get my dog. If you love your pet I BEG you not to trust these people with taking care of them.
