I wish to thank RJR Radiator, Inc. for suggesting to replace the Caterpillar folded module radiator core with a standard-type core (the LeMaster Conversion). The 5 cores you have installed (2-988B and 3-769C) in our Caterpillar loaders and trucks have been performing better than our expectations. We have experienced less overheating of the transmission and engine. We had previously had overheating problems with the old style folded core, but this has been eliminated with the new standard-type cores. We do not have to clean the standard cores as much as we did with the folded cores. We went from once a week to once a month cleaning of the radiator core. As you well know, time is money. With not having to shut down the machines for repairs, we have more time for hauling and loading stone. This means more money for us! Also, the expense we have saved from not having to shut down the machine for transmission and engine repairs is well in our favor. It is reassuring to know that your company is out to help others to save money and not to just make money for yourselves.

Oil Change
At RJR, we are proud to say that we are environmentally friendly and that we recycle. We not only meet, but exceed City, State, and Federal guidelines. Being a leader in our industry, we have been in compliance with the EPA by reclaiming Freon for over 25 years ( long before it was required). We also recycle oil on our customers cars that get oil changes and all antifreeze. Most all metal parts (condensers, radiators, evaporators, heaters, etc.) that are replaced on cars also get recycled.

Air Conditioning Service/Repair
At RJR Radiator, we do a whole lot more than just radiators. We can repair, re-core, re-condition, or sell our customers a new complete radiator. Most new radiators come with a limited lifetime warranty. We can replace cracked tanks on plastic tank radiators. We sell new heaters, condensers, evaporators and an entire line of other air-conditioning parts. We can service your entire heating, cooling, or air-conditioning system. We carry a full line of hoses, belts, and thermostats. We can make up our own air-conditioning hoses. We can also service timing belts, heads, and head gaskets.
Radiator Service/Repair
However, if your radiator doesn't need to be replaced, we can perform one of several options: rod-out (instead of boil-out), re-core, or repair. We also replace cracked plastic tanks on plastic tank radiators. Our radiator shop manager has over 23 years of experience with radiator service, and our service manager has been in the business for over 20 years. We have the knowledge to assist you with any problems you may have.
