Blue Planet Drains & Plumbing Inc

We recently contacted Blue Planet for service to our sink at our lawfirm. The receptionist was courteous and professional. when the repair person came out he was professional and was quick to address the issue. The prices are fair and the work is excellent. I will most definitely be calling on them if we ever require their services.

I recently called Blue Planet for plumbing services. It wasn't a major plumbing issue but nevertheless it had to be resolved. They came and "fixed" a clogged sewer line which in the process of doing so it somehow cracked and not the plumbing issue had become a major problem for my sake. So now I had to pay to repair what they called a "old rusted and corroded sewer line" I honestly couldn't believe it. I was not only furious but I was livid!!! Totally surprised and now I have to pay so much more than the initial cost. I honestly feel like this was a joke a way to get more money from customers kinda like when a mechanic messes with your car to charge you more. Not trust worthy at all!!!

Excellent Service, price very reasonable, fast and efficient. Will use again, highly recommend. A+++ service.

The stink was unbearable and patients were complaining. Definitely it was coming from the male restroom. But where. Of the 5 companies I called, Joe, from Blue Planet was very impressive. even if he knew we were not sure ti hire him he did some things to identify the source and after then he gave us the quote. He also promised to redo the job for free in case the stink comes back within 3 months. He even suggested how to save. I highly recommend him to my friends.

oooo my daughter is constantly putting onion, celery, all the things I keep telling her not to put in garbage disposal. Called these guys n they did a great job!
