Ricobene's took over where Sarah's left off. The best sandwich in the universe. People come back to Ricobene's from all parts of the United States for The King, the breaded steak with loaded with a great sauce and sweet peppers. The french fries are the best real fries in the world. These fries actually taste like potatoes. It is a challenge to finish this sandwich in one sitting, but it is so good that I cannot stop until it is entirely consumed. And when it is gone, I feel bad because there is none left. Whereever you come from, no matter how far you have to travel to Ricobene's, it is worth the trip. I have friends that visit Chicago twice a year and there trip is not complete without lunch at Ricobene's.
